Assistant Marketing Manager

About the role

The Assistant Marketing Manager will support the development and execution of marketing strategies that boost brand awareness, customer engagement and sales growth across the MENA region. Working closely with product, sales and external agencies, the role ensures consistent brand messaging and effective multi‑channel campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans, set budgets and KPIs, and analyse market trends and competitor activity.
• Create and maintain brand messaging, oversee brand guidelines, and ensure consistency across all media assets.
• Lead integrated campaigns across digital, print, social, outdoor and events, coordinating with creative agencies and regional distributors.
• Manage digital channels including website, SEO/SEM, social media platforms, lead‑generation and CRM nurturing programmes.
• Coordinate internally with product, sales, content, PR and after‑sales teams and externally with agencies and distributors.
• Plan and organise automotive events such as auto shows, new model launches and customer engagement programmes.
• Analyse performance data, prepare monthly reports and provide actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Post‑graduate degree in Marketing from a reputable university.
• Proven experience leading multi‑channel marketing campaigns and managing budgets.
• Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication, leadership and project‑management skills.
• Passion for the automotive industry and emerging mobility trends.
• Ability to travel without restrictions and work with multicultural teams.
