About the role
Join our Hotels team and help brighten guests' days by supporting marketing initiatives and delivering memorable hospitality experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Support marketing initiatives: proofread copy, assist campaigns, maintain calendar, coordinate internal projects.
- Assist with sales documentation: prepare booking reports, contracts, proposals, client call summaries, loyalty point postings.
- Perform daily office operations: data entry, invoice distribution, recordkeeping.
- Support special projects: coordinate departmental initiatives or ad‑hoc assignments.
