About the role
We are seeking an Assistant Operations Manager for our Command Center within the Cash Services team in Dubai. The role oversees daily operations, administration, and team performance while ensuring compliance with organisational policies.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise Managed Services staff, conduct daily briefings and Toolbox Talks to enforce SOPs and standards.
- Maintain daily billing activities, align financial operations with organisational policies, and manage machine inventory.
- Handle complex customer issues, resolve complaints, and manage billing clearances and callouts.
- Design and develop a customised reporting platform for ATM availability, callouts and service reviews.
Required profile
- Science graduate, preferably Computer Science.
- Strong communication skills and ability to motivate and assess team performance.
- Experience in first‑ and second‑line maintenance and SLA management.
Required skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Knowledge of ATM and SCDM machine networks.
- Proficiency in incident management and data analysis.
