Assistant Operations Manager - In Room Dining

About the role

Atlantis, The Palm, part of Kerzner International, is looking for an Assistant Operations Manager for its in-room dining service. The role supports the Restaurant General Manager in ensuring the highest standards and quality across operations, and drives departmental KPIs focused on guest, people, product and profit while keeping the department profitable.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant General Manager in maintaining high standards and quality across in-room dining operations.
• Drive departmental KPIs covering guest, people, product and profit.
• Engage and motivate colleagues through training, coaching and strong communication.
• Oversee the profitability of the department.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant beach bar experience or other experience in a related field.
• Previous international exposure with 5-star hotel experience is preferred.
• Solid understanding of business acumen and overall P&L.
