Assistant Outlet Manager – French Concept

About the role

Jumeirah Al Qasr is seeking an Assistant Outlet Manager to support the French Concept outlet starting September 2026. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring smooth daily operations within a luxury resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day outlet management, maintaining service standards and operational efficiency.
• Engage with guests, address feedback, and resolve concerns promptly.
• Assist in financial tasks such as inventory control, budgeting, forecasting, cost management and revenue optimisation.
• Lead, coach and develop team members through training and effective workforce planning.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, health, safety, hygiene and brand presentation.
• Collaborate with senior management to drive business objectives and improve profitability.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Management or related field; Health & Safety certification is a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in hospitality or food & beverage operations, preferably in a luxury setting.
