Assistant Outlet Manager

About the role

Anantara Hotels & Resorts is hiring an Assistant Outlet Manager for its The Palm Dubai Resort, a luxury hotel and resort brand rooted in Thai culture. The role oversees the daily operations of the outlet, balancing guest experience, operational efficiency and profitability in line with Anantara standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficiency and profitability.
• Support departmental financial objectives through budgeting, revenue generation, cost control and productivity management.
• Forecast business levels and plan staffing requirements.
• Partner with Learning & Development on training needs, deliver departmental training and promote continuous learning.
• Lead, coach and mentor managers, supervisors and team members, including succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, SOPs, and health, safety, hygiene and sanitation requirements.
• Manage scheduling, attendance and labour costs while keeping appropriate staffing levels.
• Oversee departmental assets, equipment and facilities, coordinating preventative maintenance where needed.
• Promote guest loyalty programmes and brand initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with other hotel departments, especially Banqueting and Events.
• Work hands-on to create a positive work environment and motivate the team.
