Assistant Outlet Manager – Netsu (Russian Speaker)

About the role

Mandarin Oriental Jumeira is seeking an Assistant Outlet Manager for its Netsu restaurant. The role supports the Outlet Manager in daily operations, ensures service excellence, and steps in to lead the outlet when required.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Outlet Manager in all operational and administrative tasks and take charge in their absence.
• Maintain operational standards, SOPs, and quality measures, including cleanliness, maintenance, and POS accuracy.
• Oversee shift scheduling, reservations, and seating optimisation.
• Monitor financial performance, assist with P&L analysis, and help plan promotional activities.
• Ensure guest satisfaction, handle VIP requirements and complaints, and drive WOW moments.

Required profile

• High school qualification; degree or HND in Hospitality/Hotel/Business Management preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an assistant restaurant manager in a luxury hotel or high‑end independent restaurant.
• International work experience in at least two regions (Asia, Europe, North America, preferably Middle East).
• Excellent verbal and written English; Russian language skills preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with restaurant point‑of‑sale (POS) and cashiering procedures.
• Knowledge of HACCP and fine‑dining service standards.
• Competent computer skills, including MS Office.
• Strong organisational and administrative capabilities.
