Assistant P&C Manager

About the role

The Assistant P&C Manager will support the People & Culture function at Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort, ensuring that Minor Hotels’ HR policies are applied consistently and that staff experience is positive and compliant with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and continuously improve Minor Hotels P&C operational policies and processes.
• Assist with recruitment, performance management, staff discipline and HR administration.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of UAE labour law and manage work permits and visas.
• Keep confidential employment records both digitally and in paper form.
• Implement corporate compensation and benefits policies, including local salary structures and incentive schemes.
• Support employee communications, promote feedback channels and address grievances.
• Coordinate staff accommodation, facilities and transport logistics.
• Help prepare the P&C budget and annual action plans with the P&C Manager/Director.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a college degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in an HR role.
• Strong commercial and business acumen.
• Passion for leadership and people development.
