About the role
Abu Dhabi University is seeking a dedicated Assistant Professor to join its College of Arts, Education & Social Sciences. This full-time faculty position is open across all campuses of the university and involves teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students, coordinating programmes and leading research in a specialised area.
Key responsibilities
- Teach students in undergraduate and postgraduate academic programmes, providing appropriate support and helping them reach high performance.
- Coordinate the programme and lead research initiatives in a specialised area to enhance the university's profile and contribute to knowledge development locally and internationally.
- Engage actively in diverse pedagogical methods and instructional strategies that support students' holistic development.
Required profile
- A strong commitment to the university's mission, vision and values.
- A robust academic background and experience in the field.
- Core competencies in technical knowledge, communication, collaboration and problem-solving.
