The Assistant Professor of Psychology will deliver high‑quality teaching and research across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes at a leading university in Abu Dhabi. Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and continuously improve courses in cognitive, developmental, social, and abnormal psychology.
• Prepare and update teaching materials, assess student performance, and supervise research projects.
• Engage in scholarly research, publish findings, and present at academic conferences.
• Provide academic advising and departmental service, including curriculum development.
• Collaborate with community and professional organisations to enrich student learning and programme relevance.

Required profile

• PhD or equivalent in Psychology or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated experience in teaching at the university level.
• Strong record of research publications and conference participation.
