Assistant Relationship Manager

About the role

The Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) supports Relationship Managers and Group Heads in a private banking environment, handling client administration, coordination and service delivery. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, the ARM ensures high‑quality, timely support for client interactions and helps drive the growth of the client base.

Key responsibilities

• Assist RMs/GH with client documentation, system updates, and file management.
• Prepare and customise client reports, statistics, mailings and presentations.
• Manage calendars, organise client meetings, business trips and post‑process related activities.
• Support the preparation of investment proposals and marketing events.
• Collect and exchange relevant information, document work and support project implementation.
• Identify process improvements and provide professional input based on observations.
• Handle expense claim processes for RMs/GH.
• Support risk management by ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal policies, raising concerns when needed.

• Strong attention to detail and precision in client administration.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and internal partners.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
