About the role
Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, you will support daily operations of the award‑winning Couqley French Brasserie, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and motivate front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams to deliver seamless service.
- Develop and implement initiatives, promotions and incentives to boost guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Maintain and optimise reservation, booking and guest profiling systems.
- Gather guest feedback, identify improvement opportunities and drive action plans.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience in a similar restaurant management role in a busy environment.
- Proven ability to lead large teams, inspire trust and foster a supportive work culture.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
