Assistant Restaurant Manager – Café Milano

About the role

The Café Milano Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the General Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring high service standards, staff efficiency, and guest satisfaction at Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision and scheduling.
• Ensure excellent guest service, resolve complaints efficiently, and maintain hygiene, safety, and service quality standards.
• Support training, coaching, and development of service staff.
• Assist with budgeting, inventory control, and cost management.
• Collaborate on events, promotions, and operational improvements.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury brand.
• Outgoing personality with a can‑do approach.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and as part of a team.
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing).

Required skills

• Knowledge of restaurant service standards, hygiene, and safety procedures.
• Understanding of F&B operations and cost management.
