Assistant Restaurant Manager

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager in Ras Al Khaimah. The role supervises guest service and restaurant operations so that guests receive service to hotel standards and remain satisfied.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise good guest service and serve guests according to hotel standards to ensure guest satisfaction
• Identify training needs and propose training plans with the outlet manager, and plan and run regular on-the-job and off-the-job training
• Attend daily briefings or meetings and ensure clear communication down to the team about guest inquiries
• Monitor sales and costs of the outlet, trends in ongoing promotions, and contribute new promotional ideas to increase guest covers and revenue
• Analyse and improve performance across all aspects of the outlet operation
• Monitor the duty rota weekly to meet operational needs
• Resolve guest complaints directly or consult the outlet manager
• Train staff on personal grooming standards and monitor the weekly checklist
• Monitor hygiene and cleanliness standards and the upkeep of all service equipment to hotel standards
