Assistant Revenue Manager – Complex

About the role

Maintains the transient rooms inventory for the hotel(s) and is responsible for maximizing transient revenue. The role releases group rooms back into the general inventory and ensures clean booking windows for customers, supporting the overall revenue strategy of the property.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze actual sales versus projected sales, compile reports and present findings to senior management.
• Maintain accurate reservation system data, monitor inventory levels and adjust pricing to optimize revenue.
• Conduct sales‑strategy analysis, refine market positioning and support cluster‑wide revenue initiatives.
• Collaborate with group sales offices, reservation centers and property teams to align rate restrictions and promotional tactics.
• Execute revenue management projects, test pricing strategies and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field with 3 years of relevant experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with 1 year of experience.
• Demonstrated experience in revenue management, sales and marketing, or a related professional area within the hospitality industry.
