Assistant Revenue Manager

About the role

Caravan Hatta by Our Habitas, an adventure camp in the Hatta mountains, is looking for an Assistant Revenue Manager. You will drive the property's commercial performance through revenue management, demand optimisation and pricing strategies, working closely with the Senior Director of Sales and the wider commercial team. The role is part of the pre-opening and commercial ramp-up, supporting the development of the revenue strategy, forecasting and market positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the revenue strategy, including pricing, inventory and yield strategies across segments and room categories
• Monitor demand, booking pace, pickups, cancellations and no-shows, and optimise rates and inventory by seasonality and market conditions
• Forecast occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and revenue, support the annual budget and prepare regular revenue performance analysis
• Manage availability, rate positioning and inventory across distribution channels, monitor channel performance and costs, and ensure rate parity
• Advise on group, corporate, retreat and buyout opportunities, and help develop packages and offers
• Help build the pre-opening revenue strategy, set up reporting frameworks and test rates and packages before opening
• Work with Sales, Marketing, Reservations and Operations to align commercial and operational approaches

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field preferred
• 3-5 years' experience in revenue management, ideally in hotels, resorts or lifestyle hospitality
• Experience in a pre-opening or hotel opening environment is highly advantageous
• Understanding of the UAE hospitality landscape

Required skills

• Revenue management, forecasting, pricing, inventory management and distribution
• Managing and interpreting P&L, budget, forecast, ADR, RevPAR and occupancy
• Familiarity with PMS, RMS, CRS and channel management systems is highly desirable
