Assistant Sales Manager – Outdoor Catering

About the role

AccorHotel is seeking a dynamic Assistant Sales Manager to lead outdoor catering and events sales for Novotel and Aparthotel Adagio Premium in Dubai Al Barsha. The role focuses on driving revenue, building client relationships, and delivering innovative event solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow market share in outdoor catering and events.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and key decision‑makers.
• Lead, mentor and manage the sales team, providing guidance on techniques and performance.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and contracts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client needs.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics to ensure seamless event execution.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage sales pipelines, forecasts and CRM data.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and service agreements while maintaining profitability.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in outdoor catering, events management or related hospitality sector.
• Track record of exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
• Strong client relationship management and consultative selling abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

• Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
