Assistant Shift Manager – EGM Operations

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Assistant Shift Manager to support the Electronic Gaming Machine (EGM) department. You will help ensure smooth daily operations, compliance with gaming regulations, and a high‑quality guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily EGM operations and ensure adherence to gaming regulations.
• Monitor machine performance, escalating repair or maintenance needs.
• Handle jackpots, hand pays, and cash transactions according to policy.
• Schedule and supervise EGM supervisors and floor attendants.
• Provide on‑the‑job training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain integrity of EGM assets and monitor for suspicious activity.
• Prepare shift reports on operational activities, machine performance, and revenue.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in EGM operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of EGM mechanics and gaming regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of EGM systems and mechanics.
• Understanding of gaming regulatory compliance.
