Assistant Showroom Manager – Automotive Sales

About the role

The Assistant Showroom Manager will plan, manage and lead showroom sales activities, ensuring the showroom operates smoothly, efficiently and meets or exceeds its sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and lead showroom sales to achieve and exceed volume and profit targets.
• Communicate sales plans and targets to the team, monitor the entire sales process from initial contact to final closure, and ensure high‑quality documentation.
• Maximise demo usage, monitor demo‑to‑sale ratio and oversee the PDI process to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Prepare monthly stock requirement lists for approval, maintain showroom standards, and handle critical customer issues promptly.
• Guide, motivate and develop showroom staff, ensuring high performance and readiness for higher‑level roles.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar automotive showroom management role.
• Strong knowledge of automobile sales and showroom merchandising.
• Dynamic, proactive personality with ability to lead and develop teams.
• Preferably bilingual in Arabic and English.
