Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding for a luxury 5‑star hotel in Dubai. The role will partner with department heads to attract top talent across operational and managerial levels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to candidate onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job profiles and recruitment priorities.
• Post vacancies on ATS, job portals, LinkedIn and other sourcing channels.
• Source candidates through direct outreach, talent pools, referrals, agencies and social media.
• Conduct HR interviews, competency‑based assessments and coordinate interview panels.
• Handle reference checks, background verification and pre‑employment documentation.
• Oversee offer acceptance, prepare new‑joiner paperwork and organise induction and orientation.
• Support recruitment campaigns, career fairs, university outreach and maintain relationships with agencies and hospitality schools.
• Identify and implement improvements to recruitment and onboarding processes.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end recruitment independently.
• Experience recruiting for both operational and supervisory/management roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail, confidentiality and professionalism.
