Associate Analyst – Global Islamic Finance (Dubai)

About the role

Fitch Ratings is seeking an Emirati national to join its Global Islamic Finance Group in Dubai as an Associate Analyst. This two‑year development program offers early‑stage professionals the chance to work with a world‑leading credit ratings agency and gain exposure to the fast‑growing Islamic finance market.

Key responsibilities

• Support the analysis and rating of Islamic finance issuers across sovereign, financial institutions, and corporate sectors.
• Assist in the production of specialized research, criteria development, and market monitoring reports.
• Collaborate with global team members to ensure consistent methodology and quality of credit assessments.
• Contribute to the preparation of presentations and commentary for market participants.

Required profile

• Emirati national holding a Family Book.
• Minimum GPA of 2.8.
• Proficiency in English.
• Available to start by July 2026 and able to work in Dubai on a hybrid schedule.
