Associate Client Service – Arabic Speaker

About the role

AlphaSights is looking for motivated graduates to join its Associate Client Service programme in Dubai. As an Associate you will act as the bridge between top‑tier clients and industry experts, delivering insight‑driven solutions in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and recruit subject‑matter experts by conducting phone outreach and assessing relevance to client projects.
• Manage end‑to‑end client‑expert interactions, including briefing, scheduling calls and ensuring smooth collaboration.
• Understand project context, market dynamics and regulatory considerations to provide accurate guidance.
• Maintain multiple workstreams simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Strong academic record (minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree).
• Demonstrated extracurricular achievements and relevant internship experience.
• Fluent English (C2 level) and professional or conversational Arabic.
• Resilient, results‑oriented and comfortable working under pressure.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in managing schedules and coordinating multi‑party calls.

What we offer

• Competitive first‑year total compensation between AED 255,000 and AED 293,000.
• Clear progression path to Manager (24‑30 months) and Vice President (~5 years).
