Associate Director Domestic Marketing

About the role

As Associate Director, Domestic Marketing you will lead innovative marketing strategies that elevate Sony Music's domestic artist roster and drive audience growth across streaming, social, and digital platforms in the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for domestic artists, maximizing reach, engagement and commercial performance.
• Lead social media, content development, digital advertising, streaming marketing and CRM initiatives.
• Build comprehensive campaign timelines, content strategies and activation plans aligned with artist and business objectives.
• Partner with artist managers, touring teams, publicists, promoters and brand partners to ensure campaign success.
• Develop strategic partnerships with DSPs, brands, media agencies and other key partners.
• Monitor streaming, audience and campaign performance, conduct post‑campaign analysis and optimise ROI.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in music, entertainment, digital media, marketing or related industries with strong knowledge of the Middle East media landscape.
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns that drive audience growth and commercial results.
• Strong commercial acumen, partnership building and stakeholder influence.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship‑building skills across diverse cultures.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, streaming ecosystems and campaign analytics.
• Ability to work with data and use it in decision‑making.
