Associate Director, Manufacturing

About the role

Support the growth of Industrial & Manufacturing account portfolios within Wholesale Banking, ensuring high client satisfaction and meeting revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Work with deal teams on WBG transactions, ensuring timely closure and execution.
• Conduct financial analysis, market research and due diligence to support credit decisions.
• Negotiate terms aligned with bank profitability and risk appetite.
• Maintain strong relationships with high‑value corporate and institutional clients and achieve high customer satisfaction scores.
• Originate and execute new business opportunities, cross‑sell IB products and ancillary services.
• Ensure KYC, AML compliance and maintain client documentation.
• Monitor portfolio performance, identify credit risks and take corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related discipline.
• 5‑7 years of corporate/wholesale banking experience.
• Strong credit and financial analysis skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
