Associate Director – Priority Banking

About the role

As an Associate Director in Priority Banking, you will lead the development and management of relationships with high‑profile clients, driving business growth and supporting the bank’s strategic objectives. You will deliver tailored financial solutions while ensuring compliance with operational risk and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute strategic plans for revenue generation and business development, aligning with the Digital Agenda.
• Generate new business to meet targets for customer acquisition, volume, and revenue, including product mix and liability goals.
• Onboard new-to-bank (NTB) customers sourced by branches and direct sales teams.
• Develop sales call plans to acquire large prospective customers through referrals.
• Maintain and update sales MIS, tracking calls, prospects, attrition, and business performance.
• Collaborate with wealth and retail banking teams to cross‑sell deposits, payments, financing, advisory, investments, and bancassurance products.

Required profile

• Proven experience in building and managing client relationships within wealth or retail banking.
• Strong strategic thinking with a focus on revenue growth and digital transformation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work across regions and coordinate with branch and sales teams.
