Associate Electrical Engineer

About the role

The Associate Electrical Engineer will apply existing electrical procedures to solve routine problems, working under the guidance of senior engineers and contributing to design and analysis tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Perform detailed design engineering, analysis, and calculations for basic engineering tasks.
• Prepare clear design calculations, reports, and procedures, including one‑line diagrams and sketches.
• Size electrical equipment, create consumer lists, and populate electrical databases such as SPEL.
• Requisition simple bulk materials and check drawings, keeping the Lead Engineer informed of progress.
• Develop awareness of project scope, specifications, schedule, and inter‑discipline requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering with 0‑3 years of experience in oil and gas.
• Familiarity with company procedures, work instructions, and relevant standards.
• Ability to organize work to meet deadlines and communicate effectively with engineers and designers.
• Willingness to learn design techniques, analysis methods, and industry codes.
