About the role
The Associate General Manager will lead the E‑Commerce and Omni‑Channel business for Home Centre in the UAE, driving revenue, profitability and an exceptional customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver revenue, profitability, conversion and customer experience targets across digital channels and monitor performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead high‑impact cross‑functional projects that enhance e‑commerce capabilities, platform enhancements, process automation and digital transformation.
- Partner with Supply Chain and Operations to improve fulfilment performance, delivery experience, stock availability and reduce order cancellations.
- Develop reporting frameworks, dashboards and performance reviews to enable data‑driven decision‑making.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Technology, Supply Chain, Customer Care and Legal to align priorities and ensure timely delivery of business objectives.
