Associate Manager – Treasury (Dubai)

About the role

The Associate Manager will support the execution of DXC Technology's treasury strategy in Dubai, focusing on cash management, liquidity planning and risk mitigation. This role offers the opportunity to develop foundational treasury skills while collaborating with a dynamic finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of the treasury strategy, emphasizing cash management, liquidity planning, and risk management.
• Assist in managing banking relationships and evaluate banking services for cost‑effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the treasury team on various tasks and projects.
• Develop foundational skills in analyzing financial instruments to mitigate risks.
• Stay informed about financial markets and economic trends, providing insights to the team.
• Assist in coordinating funding for projects and operational needs.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Assist in preparing and delivering reports on treasury activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically 6+ years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar finance role with treasury exposure.
• Continuous learner who stays abreast of industry knowledge and technology.
• Advanced degree or certifications such as Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) are a plus.
