About the role
Caxton Associates is seeking experienced investment professionals to join its two‑year Associate Portfolio Manager (APM) Program in Dubai. The program provides immersive exposure to multiple hedge‑fund strategies and aims to develop participants into senior Portfolio Managers.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement investment strategies across discretionary macro, systematic macro, emerging markets, equity long‑short, and event‑driven approaches.
- Collaborate with senior portfolio managers and various stakeholders to refine investment ideas and risk management practices.
Required profile
- 3 to 10 years of experience in asset management, hedge funds, or market making.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with a strong passion for financial markets and a proven track record of independent investment work.
Required skills
- Deep knowledge of the proposed investment strategy and related markets.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with strong analytical and quantitative capabilities.
