About the role
Join the Commercial Banking team at ADCB and help acquire new business clients while delivering an excellent onboarding experience. You will work in a diverse, inclusive environment that values professional growth.
Key responsibilities
- Acquire new clients, conduct wallet exercises and cross‑sell the full product suite to meet targets.
- Build and maintain client dossiers, advise on new solutions and emerging opportunities.
- Create credit applications, report on risk profiles and update approving authorities as needed.
- Follow organisational policies, processes and SOPs to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a commercial banking environment.
