Associate Relationship Manager – Wealth Coverage

About the role

The Associate Relationship Manager – Wealth Coverage supports Relationship Managers in delivering day‑to‑day client servicing for the wealth coverage team in Dubai. The role ensures accurate processing of account openings, investment bookings, redemptions and other client requests while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Process client service requests such as account opening, documentation, investment bookings, redemptions, fund transfers and Wakala/TD bookings.
• Generate investment reports and client statements, and maintain MIS reports of RM activities.
• Manage walk‑in clients at wealth coverage centres, providing prompt assistance and handling inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Investment Advisors, Operations, Compliance) to ensure smooth transaction execution and cross‑selling of ADIB products.

Required profile

• Strong operational and client‑servicing experience in wealth management or private banking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with clients and senior leaders.
• Attention to detail, strong organisational abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Required skills

• Experience with client transaction processing, investment product bookings and account management.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including KYC and AML compliance.
