Associate Solicitor – Dispute Resolution (3-6 PQE)

About the role

We are seeking a talented Dispute Resolution Associate with 3–6 years of post‑qualification experience to join our high‑performing Dubai team. You will work on complex, high‑value commercial litigation and international arbitration matters across the UAE and the wider GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Handle complex commercial litigation and international arbitration cases.
• Develop and execute cross‑border strategy and case management plans.
• Collaborate with senior lawyers across multiple offices.
• Contribute to business development initiatives within the region.
• Support enforcement, asset recovery and multi‑jurisdictional disputes.

Required profile

• 3–6 years PQE gained at a leading international disputes practice.
• Strong experience in commercial litigation and/or international arbitration.
• Training completed at a top‑tier international law firm.
• Demonstrable passion for dispute resolution and complex litigation.
• Excellent written, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, adaptable and collaborative approach.
