Audit Manager – Corporate Banking

About the role

The Financial Audit Authority of Dubai is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to lead corporate banking audit engagements. This senior‑level position focuses on assessing operational, compliance and performance risks within corporate banking functions while delivering high‑quality audit reports and recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end audit engagements, from planning and risk assessment through reporting.
• Develop and execute risk‑based audit programs covering governance, controls and regulatory compliance.
• Manage multiple concurrent audits and maintain effective communication with senior stakeholders.
• Coach and develop audit team members, contributing to methodology enhancements.
• Support strategic initiatives, industry research and continuous improvement across the audit function.

Required profile

• Proven audit experience with a strong background in corporate banking.
• Hands‑on experience leading complex audit engagements and assessing operational, compliance and performance risks.
• Ability to produce high‑quality audit reports and actionable recommendations.
• Fluency in Arabic is required.
• Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
