Audit Supervisor – IGH Audits (Dubai)

About the role

KPMG Middle East is seeking an Audit Supervisor specialized in IGH (Infrastructure, Governance, Healthcare, Real Estate, Construction, Oil & Gas) audits for its Dubai office. The role starts on 1 October 2024, with interviews beginning in June 2024.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and finalising IGH audit assignments for manager/partner review.
• Produce work papers, highlight issues and propose solutions.
• Manage client deliverables, attend meetings and conduct strategic analysis specific to the IGH industry.
• Identify business and audit risks, assess effectiveness of client processes and controls.
• Perform higher‑risk and non‑routine audit functions and supervise junior team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor's in commerce or equivalent.
• ACCA: minimum of 9 papers completed, or CPA: 2 papers completed, or ICAEW: professional stage completed.
• 3+ years postgraduate experience, recent IGH audit experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting concepts for the IGH sector.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (speaking, reading, writing, listening).
