Auditor – Audit/Tax (Entrepreneurial Leader)

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Auditor with expertise in audit or tax to lead engagements and drive the growth of our Dubai branch. The role combines technical depth with an entrepreneurial mindset to innovate our service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead audit or tax engagements with full ownership.
• Drive the growth and development of the Dubai branch.
• Represent the firm in client interactions, seminars, and forums.
• Utilise AI, automation and analytics to improve service quality and delivery.
• Network actively, build visibility and generate new business.
• Mentor teams and foster a culture of excellence and innovation.

Required profile

• Qualified CA / ACCA / CPA (mandatory) with a strong academic record.
• 3‑5 years post‑qualification experience, preferably with Big 4 or Big 10 exposure.
• Proven audit or tax experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset – experience building, leading or growing initiatives.
• Strong leadership, communication and public speaking skills.
