Auto Spare Parts Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Auto Spare Parts Sales Executive to manage and grow an existing client base in the UAE automotive market. The role is office‑based and focuses on account management, order processing and revenue generation, supported by an in‑house delivery team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and expand your network of buyers, workshops, garages and spare‑parts traders across the UAE.
• Generate daily orders for automotive components, tyres, batteries and accessories.
• Handle sales inquiries, prepare quotations and process client orders from the office.
• Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets to earn performance‑based incentives.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in auto spare‑parts sales within the UAE.
• Existing active client portfolio with daily order volume.
• Strong product knowledge of auto spare parts, tyres, batteries and vehicle accessories.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

What we offer

• Fixed salary of AED 4,000 per month (negotiable based on experience and portfolio).
• Attractive monthly performance commissions.
• One‑month trial period followed by a permanent contract and employment visa.
