About the role
We are looking for an experienced Automation Testing & AI Model Assurance Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, performance, and governance of AI‑powered applications and conversational systems.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Playwright or Cypress.
- Perform API testing with Postman, REST Assured or SoapUI.
- Validate AI/ML model behavior, conduct prompt testing and response validation.
- Test conversational AI experiences, including chatbots and large language models.
- Identify model risks and work with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality AI product releases.
Required profile
- Strong background in functional and regression testing.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and defect management.
Required skills
- Selenium, Playwright, Cypress
- Postman, REST Assured, SoapUI
- Python or Java
- AI/ML model validation and testing
