Automotive Sales Executive

About the role

AutoHub is looking for a motivated Automotive Sales Executive to join its Dubai team immediately. The role suits people who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy talking to customers and have solid experience selling automotive services.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to sell and cross-sell AutoHub's services
• Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions
• Respond quickly to inquiries across all channels (phone, WhatsApp, email)
• Maintain consistent follow-ups to build long-term customer relationships
• Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to meet and exceed sales targets
• Deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction

Required profile

• 4-5 years of sales experience in the automotive industry with a proven track record
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus
• High-energy, self-motivated and results-driven
• Automotive training certification preferred but not required

Required skills

• Strong negotiation, persuasion and closing skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a high-volume environment
