About the role
Class Act Middle East is looking for a full-time AV and Technical Manager based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role oversees the technical delivery of audio, video, lighting and staging for high-profile events across the UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and manage AV specifications for events of all scales
- Supervise the AV crew during load-in, rehearsals and live shows
- Coordinate with the creative team on the technical feasibility of concepts
- Manage equipment procurement, maintenance and supplier relationships
- Ensure all technical delivery meets quality and safety standards
Required profile
- 5+ years of AV/technical management in live events
- Experience with large-format LED, projection mapping and concert audio
- Strong leadership and on-site problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of UAE safety and venue regulations
- Availability for overnight and weekend event schedules
