About the role

Saqr Energy FZE is expanding its outbound commercial team and seeks a driven B2B Sales Consultant to generate new business in the energy sector. You will work closely with senior commercial staff, focusing on high‑volume prospecting and lead qualification.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to prospective clients each day.
• Identify and engage the right decision‑makers within target companies.
• Qualify leads quickly and hand them over to senior commercial staff.
• Log all calls and outcomes accurately in the company’s CRM system.
• Follow up via WhatsApp and email to keep leads warm.
• Consistently meet daily and weekly call and lead‑generation targets.
• Build and expand a growing contact list of new prospects.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in outbound sales, telesales, or lead generation.
• Confident, energetic phone manner; comfortable with cold calling.
• Highly target‑driven, persistent, and resilient to rejection.
• Strong spoken English.
• Comfortable with repetitive, high‑volume daily activity.
