B2B Sales Executive – Dubai

About the role

VIP Rent A Car is seeking a motivated B2B Sales Executive to grow its corporate, hotel, travel agency and hospitality portfolio across Dubai. You will be the primary point of contact for new and existing partners, driving revenue through strategic relationship building.

Key responsibilities

• Visit hotels, corporate clients, travel agencies and concierge teams throughout Dubai.
• Identify and secure new B2B partnerships and business opportunities.
• Maintain and expand existing corporate and hospitality accounts.
• Generate leads, convert prospects into active accounts and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Prepare daily visit reports and regular sales updates.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and provide feedback to internal teams.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure high‑quality client service.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years B2B sales experience in the UAE.
• Valid UAE driving licence and own car (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai market and an existing network in hotels, travel agencies or corporate sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Target‑driven, able to work independently and fluent in English (Arabic a plus).
• Experience in car rental, hospitality, travel, tourism or automotive is highly preferred.
