B2B Sales Manager

About the role

Maids.cc is looking for a B2B Sales Agent to grow its business by introducing and promoting its premium domestic staffing solutions to companies. The role suits people who enjoy building strong client relationships and understanding their needs so they can recommend tailored services.

Key responsibilities

• Promote domestic staffing services to corporate clients, executive households, facility managers and other business entities.
• Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, meetings and networking.
• Present the value proposition clearly and address client challenges with practical staffing solutions.
• Guide prospects through the sales process from first contact to final agreement.
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in your assigned market or sector.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, account management or client-facing roles in a service environment.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Confidence in consultative discussions and recommending services that meet client needs.
• Self-driven, results-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-based culture.
• Flexibility to work shifts.
