B2B Software Sales Executive (Female Candidates Strongly Encouraged)

About the role

ALBASEET GROUP provides integrated business software solutions, including its Al-Baseet accounting and POS systems, serving clients across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Syria and other markets. It is hiring a B2B Sales Executive for its Dubai team, working on site and full time. The role converts leads from Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns into sales and builds partnerships with accounting firms and retail/restaurant fit-out companies; daily client communication is in Arabic.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on and convert leads generated from Meta advertising campaigns into sales
• Qualify leads and manage them through the full sales cycle to closing
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and deals
• Provide weekly performance and pipeline reports

Required profile

• Native Arabic speaker (mandatory): fluent in spoken and written Arabic, as most client calls, WhatsApp chats and quotations are in Arabic
• Fluent English, spoken and written
• 1-2 years of experience in software sales
• Valid UAE residence visa
• Valid driving licence preferred

Required skills

• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, able to work independently toward sales targets

What we offer

• Base salary of AED 2,500 - 3,500 per month depending on experience
