B2B Telesales Representative – IoT & Fleet Solutions

About the role

SalesBoxTech is seeking a motivated Telesales Representative to generate new B2B business opportunities across the IoT, GPS tracking, fleet management, and video telematics sectors. You will work from Dubai, contacting prospects throughout the Middle East and converting leads into sales.

Key responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls to potential B2B customers in the Middle East.
• Target GPS tracking firms, IoT solution providers, system integrators, fleet operators, logistics companies, and technology resellers.
• Promote GPS trackers, IoT devices, sensors, fleet management platforms, dash cameras, MDVRs, ADAS, DMS, and video telematics solutions.
• Identify decision‑makers, understand customer requirements, and generate qualified leads.
• Arrange meetings, prepare quotations, and follow up on opportunities.
• Maintain complete customer and sales activity records in the CRM.
• Achieve daily call targets, monthly sales targets, and performance KPIs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in telesales, B2B sales, cold calling or business development.
• Familiarity with technology, IoT, GPS tracking, fleet management or telematics is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and follow‑up abilities.
• Confident making outbound calls and speaking with decision‑makers.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, organized and disciplined.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
