Bancatakaful Partnerships Manager – Abu Dhabi

About the role

The Bancatakaful Partnerships Manager will lead and drive Bancatakaful partnerships across ADIB Group entities and external B2B distribution channels. This role is responsible for developing strategic partnerships, generating sustainable revenue growth, and expanding distribution capabilities while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead identification, evaluation and development of strategic Bancatakaful distribution opportunities across ADIB Group entities and external B2B partners.
• Negotiate and manage partnership arrangements, commercial terms and service levels, ensuring alignment with regulatory and business objectives.
• Drive integration and optimisation of Bancatakaful products across multiple channels, digital touchpoints and customer segments.
• Monitor performance of partners against KPIs, conduct business reviews and implement corrective actions to achieve revenue and customer experience targets.
• Provide market and product insights, support product development and enhance value propositions in collaboration with product, digital and marketing teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Insurance or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in banking, bancassurance, takaful, insurance or financial services with a proven track record in partnership management and revenue growth.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical and decision‑making capabilities, and experience in strategic planning.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
