Bancatakaful Partnerships Manager

About the role

The Bancatakaful Partnerships Manager will lead and drive Bancatakaful partnerships across ADIB Group entities and external B2B distribution channels. The role focuses on developing strategic alliances, generating sustainable revenue, and expanding distribution capabilities while aligning with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic Bancatakaful distribution opportunities across ADIB entities and external partners.
• Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, commercial terms, service levels, and operational requirements.
• Integrate and optimise Bancatakaful products across multiple customer segments, channels and digital touchpoints.
• Own performance management for partners, monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions to meet revenue and customer experience targets.
• Lead market research, competitor benchmarking and provide insights to support product and partnership development.
• Support sales enablement through partner engagement programs, training materials and sales tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Insurance or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in banking, bancassurance, takaful, insurance or financial services.
• Proven track record in partnership management, business development and revenue growth.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical and decision‑making capabilities.
