Bank Teller (UAE Nationals Only)

About the role

The Bank Teller will deliver high‑quality cash and customer service at our Abu Dhabi branch, ensuring fast and accurate transactions while maintaining strict compliance with bank and Central Bank policies. The role is open to UAE nationals only and is a full‑time, on‑site position.

Key responsibilities

• Process cash deposits, withdrawals, cheque handling and security item transactions efficiently.
• Verify notes and denominations to guarantee accurate cash delivery to customers.
• Adhere to all bank policies, operating manuals, service‑quality standards and code of conduct.
• Control cash differences by following cash‑control procedures and Central Bank requirements.
• Participate in branch projects such as service‑quality programmes, process changes and sales initiatives.
• Safeguard securities assigned by the Branch Manager.
• Support the achievement of branch sales targets.

Required profile

• UAE national (UAEEN) with a high level of integrity.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Willingness to attend training and develop product knowledge.

Required skills

• Cash handling and denomination verification.
• Knowledge of bank cash‑control procedures and regulatory compliance.
