Banquet Service Expert – Food & Beverage

About the role

The Banquet Service Expert delivers memorable food‑and‑beverage experiences for guests at W Hotels in Dubai. Working on the banquet floor, you will ensure seamless service from table set‑up to guest interaction, supporting the kitchen and maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and arrange banquet tables, chairs, and service stations according to event specifications.
• Communicate orders and special requests accurately with the kitchen team.
• Serve food and beverages, attend to guest needs, and ensure a high level of hospitality throughout the event.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, replenish supplies, and follow health‑safety standards.
• Handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance), standing for long periods, and moving across varied surfaces.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
• No prior supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work full‑time shifts, including evenings and weekends.
