Banquet Waiter (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

The EDITION hotel in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Arabic‑speaking Banquet Waiter to join its Food & Beverage team. This full‑time, on‑site role supports banquet events by preparing service stations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare coffee breaks, carts, and stations with food and beverages as outlined in the Banquet Event Order.
• Set up tables, buffets, dessert and cordial carts, and keep them stocked throughout the event.
• Communicate special dietary requirements, allergies, and guest requests to the kitchen.
• Clear courses, crumb tables, and maintain a tidy service area.
• Monitor tableware presentation and replenish buffet items to ensure freshness.
• Bus tables, separate and handle tableware, and follow all safety and company policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Less than one year of related banquet or food‑service experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lb unaided (up to 75 lb with assistance).
• Fluent in Arabic and able to use clear, professional English communication.
