About the role
Join the Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island team as a Banquets Waitress, where you will create memorable dining experiences for guests while showcasing exceptional hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Provide friendly, upbeat service to guests and look for ways to enhance their meal experience.
- Learn menu items, promotions and specials to answer guest questions confidently.
- Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the POS system and deliver orders promptly with attention to detail.
- Maintain a fully stocked, clean and organized food service station.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.
Required profile
- Passion for hospitality and delivering warm guest experiences.
- Integrity, teamwork, leadership and ownership mindset.
Required skills
- Ability to use point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
